CIBT
The restructuring of the acquired schools will take place over the 3 months following the closing of the asset purchase. During this interim period, CIBT will assume the teach-out responsibilities of the students at these schools. At the same time, management expects to consolidate and integrate the human resources, technology, administrative support, and executive management with CIBT subsidiary schools with a view to generating accretive values and adding synergies that will generate efficiencies, sustainable organic growth and value for shareholders.

Who ever is still reading this board, whatever you do, DO NOT go to the grey sheets and buy LRN shares! Accept at face value Montrusco Bolton placed millions into KGIC's treasury for 12 cent paper so that Klerer could declare insolvency in less than 90 days.

There is something you can do. Examine the CIBT website and see if you can count the number of beds actually available to GEC. Is it my imagination or are there two different buildings shown at the same address for VIVA and Granville?

Yes it looks like 2 different buildings on Granville. The map shows one location but go satellite view and one spot looks like it is under construction, so assume it is old satellite image taken at beginning of construction.
