Owns this one in at $10.80 and yeild is at 8% at current share price of $7.70.

I'm looking at this one , It seems like Bill Harris is to Longview what Bruce " the dividend is secure " Cambell was to Avenex .

!00% correct , Mr. Chuck . I also love how after a BNN guru has  " Top Picked " a stock that subsequently tanks ,  the next time he comes on he 'll always say he sold the stock early for only a modest decline .
