Have made a fairly comprehensive review of this cryptic activity and the pool of potential publically traded suitors.Based on all known data so far it seems that the most likely mystery buyer in this process is TOG. Would be surprised if it is another company.

TOG is my guess as well, would fit nicely, but don't see them offering more than a half share of TORC for each LNV

That would be on the low side any way you look at it. The way I see it, they've been pretty aggressive in what they've done so far and trying to lowball the rest of the shareholders that they need to corporate would be a risk that they shouldn't bother trying to take at this point. The best thing they can do is give a fair offer that might not be as good as what some people would hope
