Good progress. Market will do what market will do. If the report gives them ready access to capital (first tranche of $500 million is needed) by JV or offtake agreement, then that will increase share price. And then the big step will be with production and revenures building quarter after quarter. That is a few years down the road.
The other end game is a buy out. That would include cash but also could mean shares in the aquirerer. Emough of cash and a good minority stake in the new owner company (with maybe some board representation for the Walkers) could get pretty compelling.
