ITSUP2ME, I see your point, however, the stock options issued today and recent weeks will never be in the "profit" window with a continuously declining share price.  In fact, anyone on the receiving end will end up with a big tax bill and overall net loss if exercising at these recent share price levels, particularly in a declining share price trend. It is likely the new CFO lasts

We are in a terrible market time, everything is down, we are in the summer months so lets not despair this is not the time to dump your holdings regardless which company.  Don't let the negative complainers bring you down, do your reserch and remember WHY you invested in this company. Agree but I was glad to see the CFO role filled as that may in fact be the most crucial role for the next couple years. I would love to be a fly on the wall of the quarterly BOD meetings. I honestly wonder if they have our best interests in mind. Or is it a family and friends BBQ.
