Annual Shareholder Meeting

I was at today's meeting and gained some insight. One thing coming soon is that there will be management changes in the very near future. They didn't say why but implied that it has to do with alligning the right managers with the functions they excel in. They may also find a way to identify the coal they get from Ping Yi on the quarterly reports so  it is easier for investors to  identify when doing due dillegence. D Lee went off record and said he expects big increases in shareholder value coming in the not too distant future. He did not say this At last year's meeting. The dual listing was approved. My take on this is that they will fund future mine purchases by doing an ipo on the foreign exchange. They also brought up the share buy back but no specific date was mentioned. Also mentioned was that they are broadening their institutional investor base by targeting small and mid-size funds and have met with a few already.

I like to go to these meetings so I can look these guys right in the eye as they speak about Llen. You can tell D Lee is very passionate about his company. He was genuinely upset with the hard times we have gone through. He looked physically worn and looked like he was starting to tear up at one point while talking about it. He is one of the main reasons why I keep holding.

HL, Thanks for that insight. I like what you said about being able to look them in the eyes! LLEN has been one of my most frustrating investments because of everything we have gone through. I am confident that DL and the BOD will do everything within their power to get the ship turned around. Thank you for the information about the change in management duties. That is important info. Fine tuning ...more

Hey Race ! I don't think stock house has the avatars like yahoo has so I don't think you can change your hat like you could over there on yahoo. But I know you can add your own picture for your alias.

My pleasure. I am just glad now that we have a better place to share insight than on the Yahoo board. I get tired of the bs posts from spammers and bashers. Btw, here is the link to a social media website showing the Homestus alias looking at two things 1) the yahoo Llen message board and a shareholder letter for that short hedge fund. Google up that hedge fund and you will find out about their ...more
