I think I've answered my own question as I googled PCAOB Paul Gillis

'The SEC’s actions against the Big Four and BDO in China may be followed byPCAOB action to deregister accounting firms in China because of the inability of the PCAOB to inspect China based firms. The most apparent result of that action would be to jeopardize the listings of U.S. listed Chinese companies. The action would also potentially have an adverse impact on U.S. multinationals (MNCs) with China operations.'

I really want to thank you for this warning. I will be watching for a place to exit CHOP.

I saw that the SEC was really going to drop the anvil on a fairly large number of Chinese listed stocks if China did not address the company privacy law(accounting access).....those teetering in R/S territory will be first in my opinion. CPSL went through a terrible reverse split and then dropped like a rock afterwards, really worth about .18-.19 cents and still floundering...they will ...more

I'd like to work through this to $2.10 ... thinking Friday or perhaps a couple of days thereafter....Just wondering if they will drop the axe before year end; it sounds like there are some negotiations going on. Dunno. Sharpei
