No insider buying????

This is the lamest d### thing about this company.  They said back in the spring they would be buying.  They should be buying and buying  big.  I can't believe they have not had a legal window to purchase since then.  I'll call the company.  I would hope all here do also.

D.C. I understand the part where the company is not buying back shares, but did not they also say they themselves (individual officers)  would be buying?   Perhaps I do not remember clearly.  Regardless, the individuals should be buying.
Comment by raceagainstthestorm on Dec 28, 2012 12:01pm
They stated officers of the company were ready and willing purchasers of the stock.

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/chairmans-message-2012-08-15 Nothing about any of the officers investing in the company(Lee's Discretion, and the loan must be the weasely way of doing that, still do not know the interest rate), why should they, they get their shares for free !!! It is a 2.00 a share company and that is the fact jack. Will not change(Short ...more

I spoke with IR today.  Roughly "80% of time is black out (due to cannot buy from end of quarter till 2 days after earnings are released)."  Then on top of that - which we speculated - they cannot buy when they know of pending changes that will materially affect the company's value.  Sounds believable to me given all of the purchases and aquisitions they' ...more

DC I thought he did say 4 quarters of significant quarter over quarter growth.  But now I honestly don't remember.  He just blurted that out without me asking about it and in my mind I thought that's what he said.  But again perhaps I thought that because that is what I've been inferering and envisioning from previous conferences?  Doggone it.  I came away from ...more

That is a load of scrap. Companies and insiders buy shares on the open market all the time, hiding the truth, is all you heard....Truthfully they have no cash to buy shares and the officers are selling shares to pay their bills.... To say they can't for 9 months is absurd, and non believable. 15 years in business and Share Price 2.00...really, cmon you guys are better than this, but it is what ...more

Do you really think Moy needs money, why would he sell those small shares for expenses, other than just to liquidate, not at CC, either was Lee, ... He is retired from the Gov't, spokesman for Morgan Gold, writes several columns for other various sources, yet has regularly scheduled sales of shares(odd), he is just another window dressing like Maneta was....tell me where are the ...more

Really, need to do the Special Ed spellout for you, "Do you really think he needs to sell to survive, with ALL the money he has, and other interest, the frickin man worked in the US Mint, do you think he holds on to poor investments."....just collecting a check, have you seen him in any LLEN way lately???no real vested interest in the company. "This company is very poorly operated as a stock entity, they should go private. End of Story   Race - you do an awful lot of projecting.  In other words you say things as if you are looking in a mirror and speaking to yourself.  You are the one who should go private.  End of story.   LOL

Race:  I really do understand your frustration with the SP, and therefore the company.  Understand, Cyber, DC and I have been here from almost! the beginning, through two (now it's plus) years of a gut-wrenching history with this company. Can't you reply to the facts and not covering up your emotions by accusations?

You need to learn the definition of a fact.  And that's a fact.
