What do the shorts have to be afraid of

There are no buyers, the support line is holding 1.90(shorts can break this down easily), and the volume is anemic, and management has done nothing to help share holders, why would there be any buyers....The Greenburg Effect Lingers on for many more months, while real investments appreciate, charts are saying nothing but range bound and sideways for the forseeable future. Wish and Hope I am wrong, not a good trading platform
