Looking into claims and recourse...Still under SEC halt, until SEC get documentation from Chinese auditor, which it will not, it will be eventually delisted IMHO.

Noticed Kabani was NOT on SEC Auditor hit list.Good for LLEN. currently not holding any shares but can buy back when and if I feel more comfortable with the sector, but may never invest in China again......other emerging with more solid financials and cooperation.

Race- Where do you get your information from....it is not under an SEC halt...SEC rarely asks for a halt...but when it does ( actually cant even remember the last time the SEC asked for a halt ..will find out ) the code is H10... LPH Currently is at T2 which is a process where the company has to fliter information publicly before the halt will be lifted. Its a process....If it goes to T3, then ...more
