Thanks Sharpei - I found it.  Nothing new.  I was hoping it would have provided a close look into the Chinese/US negotiations regarding SEC/PCAOB lack of access to China based accounting firms' audits.

What I find interesting is that the SEC/PCAOB flap doesn't seem to raise concerns for many investors in Chinese small caps judging by dialog on the boards (e.g.: Sinovac and CHOP to name a few.) It is probably because the SEC seems to be directing their investigations toward the auditors rather than expending time and manpower directing onsite investigations of physical sites. I like both ...more

I don't don't know Sharpei.  I suppose if the US and China get it ironed out where the SEC/PCAOB can audit China based accounting firms, PE ratios will soon thereafter rise (double, triple, quadruple?).  Now might be the best time so far to invest in China based companies.  From what I read, China is the only country in the world not allowing the US to access its ...more
