This is what I feared.  They secured USCG just to help bring in a buyer (which they clearly have not) not review potential offers. This was all smoke and mirrors to drive stock price up. And now we see that they've only proven or drilled an estimated 2.5 million? It's no wonder the friends and family ownership has dropped substantially over the past couple years. They have known the ...more

You make zero sense!
Comment by littledude28 on Oct 16, 2024 3:45pm
correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure that 2.5m oz is solely from the old brenbar and sturgeon river mines, this figure does not include the rest of their drilling and exploration

Just like when Roger posted his lastest “BIG BIG NEWS!!”....He said now that Due Diligence is done AND the sale commissions have been agreed upon+finalized (USGC removed from PR's), LME is (STARTING to) being paraded around (there was a specific fluff term he used for this) to potential suitors. I said it would take a year when this was announced (as per the many case stuies roughy ...more

Good day all, Anyone know when th le presentation was updated? I don't recall seeing the reference to the 2.5m Oz and the USGC logo at the end. 2.5m Oz at $350 U$ comes out to approx $1.2b CDN or approz $4.40 per share. Here is your ten bagger. Not a bad return if this gets wrapped up soon.  Less than I am hoping for, but still a good return. Hoping they get this done soon. TraderRC

It's dated October 2024 in black and gold right above cautionary statements on the first page.
Comment by TraderRC on Oct 16, 2024 4:46pm
Correct with the date.  However, it is on an acrobat page, not very professional looking.  I am not a computer geek, but I think anyone with the acrobat editor program would be able to modify the page  Any computer geeks out there that can confirm or refute this claim. TraderRC

Hi Hammerbrl, Went to their site, can find the document, can you add the link. Thanks, TraderRC
Comment by TraderRC on Oct 16, 2024 5:09pm
Darn no edit feature. "Can't find the doc..." TraderRC
Comment by TraderRC on Oct 16, 2024 5:02pm
Is it safe to assume you have a subscription? If so, can you also see the changes that have been made to the doc previously.  TraderRC

Let me clear up a few things so that this doesn't get misunderstood. LME originally engaged USCG in August of 2023. USCG, after completing two phases of due diligence entered a term agreement with Laurion in August 2024.  The assumption that they are just "going to market" is incorrect. Investment bankers generally hold an "Ace" in their back pocket.  It ...more

Hi Doug, Does the board have to tell us shareholderd about ANY offfers, even offers that may have been turned down?  If yes, can it be implied that we have received none? Thank you.
Comment by Randz2000 on Oct 16, 2024 6:00pm
Yeah, but 2.5 million ounces was their conclusion? Thats quite a ways from 10 million....
Comment by Wmaver on Oct 16, 2024 6:21pm
Sweet, a company can only publicly advertise on concrete info. So currently at 2.5 million geos, we are sitting pretty at 4$.  I'll take a 10 bagger anyday. The 10 million geos is the big goal to be proven by the next company who drills this place out.
Comment by Bracko on Oct 16, 2024 7:09pm
Doug as an official PR person for LME ,is this document an official statement from LME and USCG did they sign off on this or is this document fake please reply as a lot of people are wondering And is the information contained within true on every aspect including 2.5 million ounce of gold
Comment by Smitty64 on Oct 16, 2024 7:46pm
Doug, I’m f*cking sick of this bs with you over promising. Frankly, it’s wrong and its not fair, how can the official spokesperson (legally) say things like “we have a fish on the line” and that USGC “holds an ‘ace’ in their back pocket”????? You are leading us astray. You’re playing the childish “haha just wait/I told you so” game – cut the bs. If you have factual, concrete information that you ...more

Hammerbrl, It seems some of us are unable to find this info. on the USCG website. Can you post a link to where you found this on their site? TIA

https://aheadoftheherd.com/getchell-gold-a-case-study-of-gold-in-the-ground-richard-mills/ I feel like i waste my time on this site.  USGC pdf was legit, I ask why would any current educated investor would think otherwise? Good case study here. Get your ounces, your treasuery, and estimated price per ounce.

Sorry you might be offended, Hammebrl, but there is a lot of BS posted on these boards. Nothing wrong with requesting a confirmation of facts. As Climate Barbie would say " We in the Liberal Party have learned, that if we repeat stories louder and louder then they will be accepted as fact".
