Liminal’s possible last trading day on NASDAQ Today could be Liminal’s last trading day on the NASDAQ due to their failure to comply with the exchange minimum share price requirement of $1 usd for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days.
They’ve already failed to comply with this, but as per the news release posted below, management said they would do everything they can to regain compliance and keep trading on the exchange. I am not too sure what trick they intend to pull, but they said they would look at all options available to them leading to their last day to comply on 31 August 2022. The clock is ticking…
