there is and will be a lawsuit ... you've been told. Ignore it, its your choice.  There are laws protecting shareholders rights.

and i am 100% sure that lawsuit will have ZERO impact on the company and will get ZERO $$ for the old shareholders because they were in definate need of restructure.Anyhow lets see what Gobb is talking about. I have many examoles of successful restructure. Can you give me one where shareholders won?

Just to let old shareholders know that RESTRUCTURE is very much legal procedure where in the lien holders or Creditors have first right in case of Bankcruptsy or financial crisis. People are lucky that they gave options before restructure. Most of the cases sharehilders are diluted to Zero.

Me too realised that long back ago and that is why I brought rights. The bad thing is half of the people did not buy rights, so we (retail investorts) ended with less share of the company. Now people are buying from us (like me, who brought the rights). If anybody wants to sell then why they broght the rights? It is up to you all. Wait for 6 months. IMHO, Reddy

Bought all rights, sold 95% of shares almost immediately. These things tend to crater after events like that... and it did. That's why we exercised just to sell, but those who didn't get out/reduce position at the right time did get screwed. If there's value (I believe there is!) then that's all just a minor, short term effect on SP...
