At 2.48pm today - a big head fake.

At 2.48 today the CXD exchange (the canadian naz) a 50 share purchase moved the stock price from $11.56 to 13.53.  A nearly $2.00 rise in price. Now what were the real offers (ask) I wonder?

Who is behind this manipulation?.  Maybe it is our pumpers

something very wrong has gone on here from $3.60 to 1.1cents and falling.  - lack of care on Ryplazim initial BLA submittal without hiring a CMC consultant back in 2015 as that was the only potential hiccup as trials produced incredibly clean results  - pathetic decision making in moving forward a single 4050 placebo trial with good results in 2015 on IPF and Metsyn followed up by ...more

stockbuphoon: do you still own shares in LMNL and if so, why?

I took a few rights as I figured Thomtheft would make it succeed after the cramdown. It's been disappointing once again. It may be due to lawsuit or maybe they are just going to go private? Or maybe they will finally do a deal and stock flys up for a change based on some credibility returned. I won't be surprised either way. They get BLA approved on their own now and sell it and the whole ...more

stockbuphoon: thank you. In these circumstances, don't you think it would be wiser to sell these shares now to take advantage of the resulting tax losses? If not, wouldn't that mean that in your mind, the odds are more in favour of a gain than a loss?

In my opinion the first rule regarding a speculative investment paly is to never invest more than you can afford to lose should the stock go to zero. If I already owned shares I would hold them and wait as this is probably the worst time to sell particularly with COVID19 weighing the market down. Tax losses are usually better taken at the end of the year where you can use them to offset any ...more

This says it all "This stock is currently ranked 357th of 375 stocks for stocks followed by anaylsts within this sector. It has 3 analysts and all recommending holding. I personally wouldn't establish or add to a position."  Agree with your comment aussyspitz. With the market tanking; so many other quality companies to look at.  Banks are nearing screaming buy territory ...more

I'm thinking it's a saw off between win and lose so I am keeping in what I have in there but I am under no illusion that this is any sort of slam dunk win. I take a tax loss if it goes down any further and cap gain if it goes up from here.  what are you doing, ualcin?

stockbuphoon: I keep them. Last year, I took advantage of the warrants that were offered to us, to the point that I was able to neutralize (almost) the dilution that the financial rearrangement of TV had caused. I therefore find myself with an average acquisition cost of $50, which represents, in pre-arrangement dollars, about $1. Prometic has long hovered around this $1 value, after, I must point ...more

Makes sense. It should make it to $50 easily on anything substantially positive as there is such a dark cloud over this stock due to what happened. If they finally can get a deal, that means a major has done their rigorous due diligence and are confident that they will pass the BLA requirements. So, it could even start a fire back to higher levels. But, and there are a lot of buts, there is only a ...more
