What’s the Ryplazim deal going to look like?

Here’s what I am hoping for:

1. Upfront cash approaching $50M + US for the rights to Ryplazim CD and other IV applications.

2. Royalty payment of 10% on all CD applications and 3-5% on all other acute applications of Ryplazim.

3. R&D program financed by partner with Ryplazim provided by Lmnl, emphasis on acute respiratory disease and other applications.

4. Initial order to support the commercial launch of Ryplazim to be executed by Lmnl on a CMO basis with a guaranteed profit of at least 20% +.

5. Other????

Everything will be linked to the timing of the refiling of the BLA. If Lmnl delivers on its guidance then we    Could be talking a matter of weeks for a partnership deal to be signed especially if it is signed before the BLA is refiled. However given the history of the company, the partner may wait to conclude the deal only after a decision is made by the FDA whether or not Ryplazim
