Wiped out retail investors but they did it ONLY AFTER THEY GOT CONTROL

Who would invest in rights offering when you are under debt and everyone knows that debts >market value.NOONE. When they gave a full blueprint of restructuring, thats when people invested in rights offering and moreover they gave a good deal.

Again. Mismanagement of PL made it happen. But it took 20 years for PLI to collapse when they were at finish line. However ,Liminal is not prometic.
