The Finger Points To You!

In my opinion Pierre Laurin CA 2015 CEO of the year was actually setup to be a fall guy. I think that Thomvest used their inside knowledge and financial leverage both as a puppet string and a hangman's rope. The lien on the IP would have made it nearly impossible for PL or anyone else for that matter to secure a partnership or additional finances. So whomever, inked and recommended/voted for that financial deal with SALP/Consanance undermined PL, Prometic and its shareholders they used debt leverage to hang PL then cut the puppet string. If I had to speculate on a villain in this sad spectacle imo the finger would point to Stefan V. Clulow he sat on the board representing Thomvest Asset Management and as a Lawyer a member of the State Bar of California and the Law Society of Ontario, he would have also known and understood the legal requirements/ramifications of the TSX Hardship Loophole. On the "surface" and to a casual observer it appears to be technically legal but it was definitely neither ethically or morally right imo. That whole debacle is like a car with a cheap paint job from a distance it may look okay but up close and under scrutiny i.e (Lawsuit) that paint job might have a lot of flaws.

A case could be made that this stock may do well in the future but just as equally a case can be made that this is the same old prostitute/thief that will ultimately lead to yet another dissappointment for shareholders.

Liminal is like puting a new dress and lipstick on a two dollar prostitute or a new suit on a thief fundamentally the same the only thing that has changed is their outward appearance.

For me personally the trustworthiness of management either makes or breaks the deal for me when I invest. Sometimes regardless of how promising something is or how good management is it just doesn't work out and I can live with that. However, based on what these folks did I have absolutely zero trust in Liminal and therefore cannot trust them with a single cent of my hard earned money. If you trust them with yours no problem. I am not telling people to sell I am just warning new investors to be careful/cautious.

Well put aussyspitz! It can be very frustrating to read some of the blatant ignorance posted by Newcamo and the likes who truly cannot, and refuse understand what's going on here. This management is moral-less, unethical and greedy for money, investors are the last people that they care about! Newcamo and friends refer to restructure however don't understand that that was a result of the ...more
