Further, it is possible that when we submit, we could experience delays in the timing of review and/or our interactions with FDA due to, for example, absenteeism by governmental employees, inability to conduct planned physical inspections related to regulatory approval,

The likely need for successive financings is also very sobering!

They figured 12 months....hopefully something from FDA before then ....it seems a bit of political lag may be at play. Covid could turn into a catapult but that hinted at price and cost...a bit of  a Mexican Stand off without compassionate use. foof

Ualcin,  I am just repeating words that I read in the MDA.  Covid is a curse on humanity but also small  busiesses including Lmnl. Galbraith said that the company had run the new quality control system successfully for 6 months. This suggests That Bla submission is ready and would be successful and approved in due course. But this can’t happen in the near term nor can the marketing
