Excellente presentation hier a la conference de Canaccord. Le titre devrait remonter aujourd'hui.

I also thought it was a good presentation, at about minute 22, Kenneth answers question regarding BLA timeline. Basically, he states that they practically had to go back to ground-zero and invested $100m to make sure they get it right.   He goes on to talk about the positive financial impact approval will have and going after the USA market on their own with collaborations for other parts of ...more

I also thought it was a good presentation Aldo. And like you I was a bit shocked when Galbraith said the company had to start over in terms of the quality assurance system and basically had to rerun the batches all over again to ensure FDA standards were met all at a cost of $100M. You have to wonder how previous management could get this so wrong. Everyone knows quality assurance is paramount ...more

So Sah. Given what you just posted and what was presented at the conference, do you believe the previous trials are still valid
Comment by sah1 on Aug 15, 2020 2:41am
There were never any issues with the clinical trials. The problems have always been CMC related and clearly Prometic totally screwed up even though the company had ample time to get things right before it filed the first BLA for Ryplazim. You Recall the seemingly endless delays wrt the first filing.

Whether trial or CMC something stank in the whole process which compelled mgmt to hide a CRL they received from the FDA.  In normal circumstances that would be considered material.  Had they been on NAZ at the time they would have incurred SEC fines and reprimands and a myriad of lawsuits from shyster law firms. https://www.fool.com/knowledge-center/what-is-a-fda-complete-response ...more

Yes, Dibah, a lot stank around disclosure of the CRL and also how PL characterised the additional work to be done. An awful lot stank after he left as well as everyone knows. It makes you puke. And Justice, I have not become a believer in the new management. But I do believe in Ryplazim and that solutions will be found for the CMC issues. With Ryplazim approval and commercialisation, I get my ...more

Sah your great with these quotes trying to rag on old mgmt when we are going through exaclty the same issues with this mgmt group. Newcamo keeps yapping about process changes finished last Sept, 2019 followed by six months of batch testing with FDA which gets us to Feb 2020.  Here we are mid Aug 2020 and still no submission after missing two previous announced dates by this mgmt.  Feb ...more

WOW Gunner, You must have lost some real money on this to become such a shriveled up loser to need to comment so often. Bitter... I lived off this co. for years and lost some very large paper profits in the end which really burned bad but have moved on and hope to make back some of that lost dough now if things work out. You should get professional help for your obsessive hysteria. Maybe like ...more

How could previous mgmt get this so wrong, especially with TV having representation on the BOD. TV should have had major enfluence with such huge loans to the company. What happened TV?  How did you get it so wrong?
