So why has BLA not been filed

Newcamo talks of 6 months of CMC testing. From Sept 2019 to Feb 2020; what have they been doing for the last six months up to now?

Those 5,000 doses were under the old manufacturing process; how many have they given since Feb 2019? Your 5,000 number has not moved in over a year.
