You are correct, LOC has been fully drawn. What I meant to say is that, the funds (approximately $40m) are now available and have not been used.

Sorry but you are wrong Aldo. They burn the cash and they had no choice to use the credit margit and they did the draw down. They are not on fume of gaz they are pushing the car. They have no more cash ! The draw down of all the money in the credit margin means they are close to bankruptcy...!!!They have no more than 3 months runway and the market knos that... and futur parteners too.  They

Yes, of course, close to bankruptcy. Thomvest & Consonance (the owners) just spent $100M and over two years to address the CMC issues, they have just resubmitted the BLA and are now going to shut it down.   Give me a break Mr. Bailiff and his imminent lawsuit. Wait for the dillution. Yes, correct I could not in good concience be an owner of shares in this horrible company any more. My only hope is Ryplazim gets to those that have been waiting for years for them to deliver something. Yes sir, new shareholders should know that these greedy unethical people at TV stole this company from shareholders and have run it into the ground should not be trusted for a second.
