Hey Eric, I agree that CEO compensation is way out of whack for a tiny revenue company with major clinical trials to come but I believe that salary was $500K, cash bonus was approx $300K and the rest is equity based of shares/options for $11M. He does not deserve equity worth this much until he executes and a reasonable $2M equity compensation would reach $11M on performance. At least it's

Yes, they know very well the company. That,s why Thomvest fired Clulow from the board but also from the investment company. They reduced the crdit margin to Liminal from $75 millions to $ 29 millions fdollowing the sale of prometic Bio-Sciences. They burned this money. Here’s another false statement: Liminal has at max 2 months runway to find cash or poartners. Cash position   March 31 = $36.6M June 30: = $26M August 31: $13.6M (July & Aug much higher burn!)   That is a burn of $4.6M/month   At the end of August, they had $13.6M+ $29.1M (LOC) = $42.7M/$4.6M = 9.3 months runway at the current burn rate! I don't want to start an accounting debate but obviouyly your not an accountant. You only look the line of cash but mention anywhere special income from equity raise or assets selling. In the real life they need $10 millions a month.  !!! no matter where it comes from. January 1st to March 31.... net cash flow variation $ 27 millions ( 3 months) April 1st to June 30....

Clulow was fired because his master plan starting with the private disclosing of the Mogan Stanley report didn't work. MH was talking of an average valu of $5 Billion just for small molecules.It made Clulow, Galbraith, Best, Pritchard GREAD. If Galbraith really believes in his BS he should be happy to accept the following as a compensation package: Cut salary/bonus from $800k to ZERO. Cut equity/options from the current  multi millions to ZERO. Offer 1 million WARRANTS @  $33 USD redeemable till Oct 1st 2022. If warrants expire, CEO loses his corner office.

Dibah, I would agree with you that he should get either "small" equity component if he takes a big cash salary/bonus and that salary / bonus should be based on "like" peer group of their $300M valuation and their revenue/ burn numbers. Probably $400k total bonus if he meets timelines for development within reason. LMNL should not be paying execs like they are valued at $2.6B
