PLI high @ $3.62 was approx market cap of $2.6B  LMNL price of approx $110 would equal previous market cap high of $2.6B with 23M shares. Might be achievable in next 2 years if they get BLA approval late this year or by Mar 6th and positive result in ascending dosage trials of 4050 and maybe higher once they finally get that elusive approval but not $20000 per share!
