about plan re takeover kory sorenson quit just before takeover WHY/ probably didn't agree with their plan

this will come out when questionned under oath smart ones won't lie under oath because they know legal consequences

I cannot wait till they explain why they didn't use the ATM ?????? Barely took Funds out of it. Something smells funny. Why didn't they raise money with their shareholders ahahahahahahahh oh the tangled webs we weave. Criminal not liminal that's why.
