To meet tsx criteria of hardship 

they also told tsx on their application they could not raise money also criteria for hardship but soon after takeover they offered retail investors rights offering raising 38 million within weeks then turn around and sell Isle of Man for 50 million retail investors never got that money

They didn't even blink to reprice the company at basically zero from billions and then offer it back to the wiped out majority shareholders with the smile of a rattle snake. I guess we will see what the courts have to say.

Wish you well in court. StupsNewcamo, in case you haven't figured it out, AMF is NOT the court system.  They would not be involved at all.  DUH
