How many days left

before Liminal gets delisted from NASDAQ assuming they continue to trade under $4.00??

The rule is 30 busines days in a row under $4. They have been under $4 for 10 days. If they stay under till August 6 they could be delisted.

This really should be 'a wakeup call' to those who have invested in this stock in 'good faith' that current management (Thomvest owned by Peter Thomson of the Canasian billionaire Thomson famiy) will do their fiduciary duty and act in the best interest of their shareholders. It does'nt look that way to me. It looks like this stock could get DELISTED from the NASDAQ ...more
