Liminal still have a long term debt of $40 millions
Liminal doesn't have any product close to commercialisation. They can't expect cash flow coming from royalty before 4 years,
The float of Liminal is 30 millions shares

You pretend with these numbers that Liminal could trade at $32 ??? It means $ 1,1 billion market cap? :- )) You realy believe that someone will pay $ 32 a share for a company with a big burn rate, no revenu stream but a big "one in a life time" $70 millions ?

The Market will fix the price but I think It will be far from your expectation. I think the Market has already considered the voucher value and it's below $4

 It traded at $32 Canadian on dumb speculation that Liminal had a plasma therapy for COVID - which turned out to be completely false. Since then, they sold off Plasma division with an FDA approved drug with all that offlabel potential!! And then they have cancelled both their leading Fezagrapras/ 4050 indications for Phase 2 and have said nothing about many others in close to 2 months!!

He genious!  You believe that an income of $70 millions comming from the sale of a division that had a value of over $500 millions will raise the market cap to $1 billion ? They burn $5 millions a month and have nothing close to commercialisation. The Market is not dreaming like you. They evaluate the management, the business plan, what they delivered and the conclusion is... BELOW $4
