Thomvest will let the stock going down. They have $15 millions in cash and can wait one or two months before closing a deal with the voucher. without this news the stock will slowly gone to $1 - $1,50. At that price they gona buy you at the market price in privatisation operation. 

After that Liminal will be free to do what they want without disclosing anything. They will collect the voucher at an unknown price and they will sell assets (IP) under conditions you will never know.

It is quite clear message from the Market that $3 is the ceiling and I fully agree!  I have always called the correct price predictions for two years now.
