SPAC/SPCX/ETF's

Hundreds of class actions against everyone of these, no different, but why get in line...

They always get viscorated, legally correct, and peace-mealed within the market process, which is designed with due process in a just in time,,,real time environement.........

There is no sellers left...?

OK, inventors, you believe what you believe and 700 shareholders with a large share count will believe something or many things in slow succession fundamentally went offside in order to pull off what Thomson did with major pressure on management due to debt. If not, why did PLI mgmt  not consider a rights offering offered by some bIg shareholders?

Ask Cantor Friz....last partner makes the rules....and their money helpped to bring us to this point,,,,,, OR existing shareholders would have got zero...bancr't...? I am still holding a pinch of leftovers, but bought in on some of the dips. Today is like....pli @ 0.07/0.15/0.25...? Load up man....lol.

Fill you boots, my friend. I wish you luck but I see recent moves by management as strictly moves wanted by Thomson to devalue the company to zero as they have the IP. It's a little too convenient that they give away Ryplazim 2 weeks before approval and then shutdown 2 human trials for 4050 4 days before PDUFA date. If that is not intentional, I am not sure what is. They didn't release CRL ...more

Yes there is stuff that is not clear and shareholders are getting screwed. But lets take a look at the share numbers. With a 10m float If the company had any future this is nothing worth waisting time for the Thomsons. They have money it's not in their advantage to fight about 10milion shares. They could just offer 10$ per share and most of the people will take it without hesitation. The ...more

Damnre, many would argue that the published science is already there and that is the reason that Boehringher made the huge offer in 2018 which was rejected at board of directors. A phase 1 MAD does not make 4050 any less efficacious in Alstrom or IPF but it was shut down. Lynn Gagnon and John Moran were the most credible people at PLI and absolutely swore by it as a wonder drug. It will come ...more

I'm not a lawyer, just a bailiff. I think SALP, with the majority they have could privatize the company and bought at the VWAP the 30% in the hands of small shareholders. I don't think they have to negociate something.

.   buying the 10m shares at the actual price is nothing to get it private. But something is fishy why don'g they do it? money was not the problem..ones the voucher money is in the bank it's not good timing to take it private! Lawsuit is blocking them? It looks amateur but they may surprise us and burn the shorts with something nobody expects. I certainly hope so ...more

Shorts!?  There not very many shorts out there shorting this and even if you could, not much retail have access to it. Trust me, I would love, love, love, to short this turd! Knowing Thomvest, they are the ones shorting in a round about way knowing the direction they are taking this company!  Don't underestimate the underhanded, unethical boundaries of these criminals! They are ...more
