I guess 4050 is the prize that Thomvest wants for itself.  They do'nt want to share it with investors because it is too valuable (lucrative).  PLI investors thought of 4050 as having the real potential to become a 'blockbuster' drug and it probably will be but those that invested via the stock exchanges will NOT reap the benifits.  What a sham on so many fronts and sooo

Gunner that 2017 article you just posted is positive for 4050.  In any case, perhaps I should be saying Thomvest only really wants/wanted  the PLI patents . I'm pretty sure Thomvest moved them to an offshore account with a lien on them at the time of the takeover. I doubt the Liminal investors will ever get any compenation for those valuable patents.

I guess you missed the part about Boehringher being in Laval for 2 full weeks with a huge team in 2018 with a 4050 indication deal on table. Thomvest must have seen value in 4050 or would not have invested further at recap. Why not let it die in 2019 and walk away instead of playing this game of doing what they have done slowly shelving every thing related to 4050 over past 2 years. Why would

The whole Thomvest takeover has been painful to watch/be part of.  Clearly Thomvest doesn't want to and never did want to become a leading Biotech Compnay like Prometic wanted. No, but they did want their investment back from Prometic and they got it back in spades through the takeover and at the expense of the Prometic shareholders The word corporate raiders comes to mind. Wyndewest, what you describe as Thomvest playing the long game is exactly what it is going on here when you retrace the steps over the past several years. We'll have to wait and see but it's definitely a very viable theory especially after they did the recap. I just hope that they didn't work with some offshore hedge funds on the Short from $3.60 but it's how big guys make bank
