who filed the lawsuit

Was it in ontario or Quebec?

Dunton Rainville filed the private lawsuit at the name of over 600 plaintifs in Qubec at Laval Court house.

Why hasn't the other shareholders been informed of this legal action?  And who is Dunton Rainville - a law firm?

DryC, Why are you on here posting constantly if you have your head shoved up your rear-end? This has been commented on often here and on other venues. I asked a few times why Dunton Rainville did nothing to contact shareholders directly like other ambulance chasers do but everything about this situation is mysterious, isn't it? "a law firm"  - WTF. ;-) 33
