For those talking up 4050 and them wanting to take it private; 4050 has been around for years and has gone nowhere.

Understand Thomvest can us tax losses better than you and I, they own the majority of LMNL.

As far as the volumes for the day, they are above the daily average so some one is buyitng

If they take it to private how much they pay for investors?

What assets do they have and what are they worth?  The majority of the assets are cash given they haven't paid off any of the debt.  They are however paying their largest expense which is salaries. Now with the remaining assets, pay off their debts and what are you left with? Nothing.  There is no magic to it.

Nothing! Not disclosed to investors at the time, all Prometic technology IP was given as collateral during an SALP financing. During the refinancing scam to screw investors and take control, Liminal left $10M of that financing on the books rather than also converting to equity in order for SALP to retain these IP's. All indicators of their agenda now on the immediate horizon.
