once legal proceedings start  media will become very interested in story of ritches family in canada 
wiping out hundreds of small retail investors  with planned takeover   which will be clearly explained with testimony under oath     

there will be deals  between lawyers and few  defendants  who will want to save their skin  and they will tell the truth and not lie under oath  

don't forget this civil suit may turn into criminal suit  once details come out

Thanks for your input, GunnerG. Apparently you and your wife bought into this stock but you never said a positive thing on the company once and hang around to brow beat all of those who got hurt badly. What a noble cause you have ridiculing those who made a mistake. There are precedents of winning these minority oppression lawsuits given all of the shady things that went on. We'll wait and see
