could it be a sign of a deal coming where they wanted the creditor out so they could now have full control of the 4050 i.p. ( 4050 was colateral ).

maybe im wrong... but logically, 39M$ is a lot of money paid back, there has to be a reason or a plan here, or a deal incoming that will benefit this plan of action.

the way i read it, something is in the works and they need the i.p. back in company's control... this company just paid back 39 million$, thats a lot of research time to produce molecules/products to sell, they can only do this move if they have a deal incoming. I see a partnership with a major....   ======================================================================
