It’s been 3 years since they wiped out retail investors then

They got them to give them an extra 38 million by doing rights offering  strange they told tsx they exhausted all options to raise money

then they sold Isle of Man for 50 million to party they knew
then sold protein division and plasma centers ryplasim with great potential few weeks before fda approval
then sold voucher for less than it was worth

During this period paid themselves huge salaries /packages  for doing what  ? Thomvest/salp could get their money back
did retail investors benefit from liquidating company  NO
then they tell all great results that pierre laurin/scientist like Lynne Gagnon and John Moran presented us over years  where in their opinion so bad that they stopped research on 4050 because of their small study showed pk data was so bad it was not worth continuin

so who will the judge believe lmnl new management and their scientist like Moira Daniels who replaced renowned Lynne gagnon or will the judge believe prometics scientists doctor Gagnon and her team, john moran and pierre laurin
look at all the positive findings /results they showed us over past years BEFORE THOMVESTwiped retail investors  both plasma division and small molecule division    They surely didn't invent the data they presented to investors

I confess I never could grasp how any investors, let alone experienced investors familiar with the history of PLI, could be re-duped into putting an additional $38m (collectively) into a so-called "rights offering"  after what the board/management had just done to retail.  Where's the $38m now?  Pffft! Disappeared!...into the avaricious maw of greedy folks. Cheers.

Yeah, And I'm surprised how so many self-professed experienced investors, sceptical and "calling out" the company's failings for so many years are still trolling a chat board and evidently HOLDING shares. Try to comprehend the logic. Holding shares in a company that you loathe, might be suing, and are actively chasing away any interested parties in the paradox where you want ...more

33, I get people investing after the Thomvest steal. If you believed that Thomvest is guilty of manipulating PLI value, you would still want to potentially benefit from the core value shared in Morgan Stanley valuation analysis from early 2018. However, at this point, LMNL have definitely buried any potential that 4050 had (maybe Moran and Gagnon both lied about potential). There was a reason to ...more

Stock, I completely agree and I rarely check this dead board two days in a row, but when I do I find the same old characters screaming at the sky (no pun).  I threw a few bucks at the rights offer and decided not to with Dunton rainville because after speaking with a lawyer there decided that they were in way above their weight class in this fight and were the only ones that would take this ...more
