Thomvest stole a 2.5 billion dollar company, destroying all potential to make it worth a few million. They are facing an almost $1 billion dollar lawsuit atm. Anyone who invests here is ignorant or looking for easy capital losses

I'm back here for the first time in ages out of morbid curiosity to see if anything is going on. Long story short, my interest is that I rode this all the way up and instead of selling out near the top I rode it all the way down again based on over-optimistic projections. That's life. A six figure valued investment is now not even worth enough to pay the trading costs to sell it. There

Whether it was fraud by Management or by the richest family in Canada, it was fraud for sure. They did give the world Ryplazim but gave it away for free.   Interesting that 4050 is buried but next fibrosis hopeful molecule is coming soon. Not the least bit suspicious at all. Shelve and bury one completely and look over there - another very similar  fibrosis molecule.

there is nothing left... preclinical molecules have no interest for thomvest. This will wind up. It will be interesting to see who owns IP for 4050 and it's derivatives. Was it all a complete fraud from day one?

What do you mean by "day one" ? 15 years ago when they shifted from 1402 to 4050 ? Do you think it was a Prometic frame up where Thomvest were scruded as you were by them after ?

Really the only surprise would be that the SP isn't sitting at an all time low. Thomvest's plan was to drive this into the ground, outcome close now! $3600. to $0.36 in three years.  Can't wait to see what a judge thinks of their unethical behavior!!! Delisting in a couple weeks from Nasdaq, then they disappear into the darkness.

BTW, how is that lawsuit going?  More legal fees but no results.

Finally?! We've been saying this for over three years now! Where have you been? Doesn't take a Sherlock Homes to figure out Thomvest screwed investors. I advised to say away from rights offering although Thomvest touted that investors could share in the future successes. It's been all downhill.  Lawsuit is going great, thanks for asking! WRONG as usual.  Had some spec money in this but oh well.  Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't.  Unlike many of you who invested their returement savings hoping to hit a home run, I am not that greedy. Discredit the lawsuit?  I ask two things about it: 1. Hows it going as I haven't seen anything.  2.  Are you still paying for the lawyers.  LOL

Hi Gunner if you want to know something about the lawsuit, just do your own reasearch, It's public ! You are obviously a lazy guy. How much each complainant paid? Sorry but it's not your god damn business. One thing is clear, you won't have a dime from a settlement and according to my bailiff experience, There will be a settlement. Next time you post, please bring some meat!
