Thomvest once again going to the trough to squeeze all they can from the suckers investing in their scam. They use the exchange as their own money tree. With the underhanded ethics of this company now it's amazing how and exchange would even permit them to list.

ROF, waaaaa, waaaaaaa Another year goes by and still nothing on the lawsuit.   But Thomvest can use those huge losses to their advantage and they picked them up for next to nothing.

It was Thomvest's plan all the way along. Hit piece by Black Mamba working with some vulture funds shorting it all the way down. About the same time HunnerG joined the board. And there still might be a small molecule up their sleeve to be announced after  lawsuit settlement.

In all fairness it must be rough being in gunner's position knowing that he doesn't have a piece of the imminent settlement.

Yeah, neither do I. So when is the imminent trial? Or will it be settled out of court? Maybe Thomvest and Dunton Rainville have been in tough negotiations all of these years fighting between 1 cent or 2 cents on the dollar. C'mon guys, just split it down the middle and take the 1.33 cents the Tommy boys are offering! ;-) 33

Why would anyone take the time to explain to you the process and procedures required in an Oppression Remedy case? If you are concerned, why don't you reach out to Liminal to learn how this lawsuit against them is progressing? The plaintiffs, the ones who are fighting for justice, know!

The notes in the financial statement say it all, numerous times. No signifcant litigation. Keep dreaming as those fees add to your losses.

Have you even seen the claims made in the lawsuit? A little blurb in the financial statement after almost a year after this claim frankly isn't the first time Thomvest/ Liminal has deceived investors.

Keep asking you to post a link or a doc but none of you do.   Most recent FS descibe it at very very high level and they think it is frivolous.

A billion dollar lawsuit against Liminal is not frivolous! If you are genuinely interested you can find this claim filed at the Superior Court of Quebec.  Curious, as a long time invester, who was one of the select few who would bash this stock even before witnessing Liminal's and Thomvest's unethical behavior and oppression of stockholders and obviously not part of the over 650

As one of the idiots who rode this all the way up and all the way down, I get it. I understand the pain of those ill-equipped to bear the losses. It is not a pleasant outcome after all of the hype and promises. I note with a wry smile that the latest forecasts for new products in their early stages are very reminiscent of the rosy prospects assigned to their products of 20 years ago and more
