Thanks Gunner, shame on me.   Too bad CAD and USD so different these days.  
Of course, in fact situation is much, much better than me, old busher, tried to represent.  It's only 27,000.00USD to climb.  
Much easier to get there from 5 (five) bucks indeed!!!!
