Trading LINK in NY

I bought the LNC on ASX  and I am wondering if I can trade the same holding/stock in NY. I know in NY is 10 to 1. Thanks in advance

I don't know if this is what you are looking for but I trade Linc on OTCQX symbol LNCGY. This is a sponsored arrangement so it will continue to trade. Today should be the last day until the SGX listing commences trading.  Shares are bundled in lots of 10. As of this post up .79
