Is it just me or does this seem incredibly undervalued? If you assume their gas production is worth and multiply their 4400 boe/d oil/liquids production by a conservative $85,000 per flowing barrel I think it would be worth $4.40 on a take out scenario. I am sure other companies would be taking a look at this at these low prices. Behr

I agree that the stock is undervalued (I own it too). Management is currently in the penalty box as the company has seriously over promised and underdelivered. They are now overburdened with debt and might trip their covenants in Q1/13. But that's where the opportunity lies...as the company will likely look to sell some of its non-core assets to pay off the debt and turn the business around.

Are those the two catalysts this company needs?  To sell off non-core assets to reduce debt, and demonstrate good management?  Assuming these two things are fixible, are there any other probelms with LPR that should be noted?   I just find it interesting that TD has a target price of $4.00 on this stock, and look at it's current price.  Appreciate comments.
