So deal offered to LLC is to get 25m shares for whole company ?
dont we get 30m shares plus NSR in current deal?

So, flip it around and sunmetals gets the other copper property on strike  for free then a big pp at $0.20(?)  and howdy doody  200m shares out!   Too soon to value LLC company, tax value, property- market has barely woke up.  halt trade for a while for sure.  Soup time again.

No, your math is way off. The fully diluted count means they will issue closer to 40 M shares. Lorraine has been trading at a rediculous discount just to its position in Sun Metals, which is why I advocated an arbitrage trade. However discounts like that can go on a long time. Look at the discount Golden Valley Mines trades at relative to its position in Abitibi Royalties. Its been like that for ...more
