I know that I dont understand alot but why would everyone sell out when there is a pile of high grade there with an operating mill. Its still worth a massive fortune to a major or mid player with teams that know how to clamp down, clean the dead wood and make alot of green$. To me a buyout is inevitable with this gig. Its all there ready to rock and roll. Somebody tell me something to either

Why would anyone ever sell at this level. for every million shares is only 20 grand. I know 20 grand is alot andIm not a gambling dude and Im thinking there must be a takeover in the cards. Does anyone know if any insiders sold out?  I have high doubts. I guess I am a gambler if Im in the stock market!

The shares are worthless which is why its trading like this.  They have no liquidity and can't meet their obligations.  The assets are worth something, yes, but when you can't meet your financial obligations, the creditor will take the asset and the capital will be restructured.  The writing was on the wall here.  Money will be raised here but not to the benefit of

Exactly the way I see it Cash. No incentive for Spott to lend more $$$. So they have to find someone else. But is anyone really going to loan more money out when they are not at the top of the foreclosure  food chain if it still does not work? Hard to believe that would happen unless a lender was getting a huge interest in the company AND control while only risking a small amount of capital

Exactly goldlocator.  They will raise more money for a huge portion of the new equity and the current creditor will take the balance of the equity in the new capital structure.  Common shareholders are always at the bottom of the food chain.  That's not always a bad thing.  Common shareholders also make the most when a company succeeds.  As a common shareholder, you

I have said the words, "retail always gets screwed", and so it will be, as to mngt, there is still no cure for stoopid. Someone else will mine the gold, but it won 't be these guys, and the asset will be picked up for pennies, leaving nothing for the common holders.
