BlueSky shareholders will receive 3.5mil shares of Lucy Scientific stock. I mean we understand Lucy has will be big in the near future and this guys will benefit from the growth we all expect to happen. To top up to this they will receive an annual earn-out payments over the next five years based on the EBITDA multiples. LUCKY!

$20 million revenue is a game-changer for Lucy. What's your price target for $LSDI when this acquisition goes off without a hitch?

My target is to go above and reach double digits. Currently Nanula has proven to be the guy that will elevate this company to those levels.
