Interested investor

Hi all, interested investor from Australia especially about the DXP.

Is is there anyone who can ease my doubts. I have grave concerns about the nature and the solidarity of the LSC equity holding.

My my main points of concern are

1) Will LSC ever make any money?

2) Will Enirgi not use LSC as a pawn or a sacrificial lamb, at their own whim, depending on the outcome or the success  or their venture?

3) How does the remuneration structure work between LSC and Enirgi work or is LSC basically a funding option opened by the happy fellows in the Cayman Islands.

Thanks

looking forward ward to some colourful responses.

cheers

Answer to: 2) Will Enirgi not use LSC as a pawn or a sacrificial lamb, at their own whim, depending on the outcome or the success  or their venture? Wayne Richardson is CEO of Enirgi Group worth 2.6 billion.  Enirgi is a major investor in LSC. Wayne Richarson is CEO of LSC and owns 18% of the company. When LSC runs low on funds after spending the $25,000,000 US in the bank  ...more
