Back of the envelope calculation

Last 2 corporate transactions were carried out at 51,000 dollars/flowing BOE (Husky sell to WCP)  and 42,000 for RRX.  Note that the assets of Rock Energy are mostly Viking and offer the best netbacks in the industry.  Note that the Husky sell was done in a competitive basis and thus was the best price they could get in that environment

LTS 26,000 BOEPD  gives a total value for the company of 1.09 to 1.3 Billion dollars, which is less than what they owe.  Explains the current share price.

Lets assume it is, and use 25% exchange rate.  For 26,000 BOPD you get a value 1.626 billion for a debt of 1.558.  Virtually zero value, especially if they wait as their production is declining 2% per month.  LTS own guidance show 24 to 25,000 BOPD for 2016 average.

I get a value of .49 thats a nice premium from here @ 25% im at 1,675 - 1.558 divided by 198 millions shares

How to spot a penny stock BS artist.  Comparing SP to "bought deal".  I might sell my WCP holding because I just puked on keyboard reading this scumbag's 2bit manipulation attempt. Sewer rats, get back where you belong.  That's penny stock trash talk!  LTS is for serious investors and traders!
