Did the Penn West asset sale metrics shut. Up every basher ??

What a great deal for Penn West and for Lightstream as well. There is no reason(nor was there prior to this deal) for LTS to get the rug pulled out from under it. Certainly not now with these metrics. Also there is the heavy oil portion which should be less valuable than the LTS properties.
