they could end up looking similar to penn west

penn west is at about $1.40 USD

- with the 80% dilution in shares (2.75% on 100m SHARES = 5.5% on 200M shares)

- that would equal about 8 cents a share USD - it is currently at around 0.13 - not good, but not a total wipeout

- difference is that PWT now has good management while LTS management just sucks

Quick analysis gives me errors - I believe PWT has aroudn 200M shares - so that would double the price of LTS to equivalize LTS to PWT - that would be $0.16 USD - which is a breakeven on my latest purchase.  I don't count warrants as they are so far out of the money.  The price to match PWT would be $2.80. These are really rough calculations, but should be somewhat in the ballpark.

I guess it is only 2.25% * 2 = 4.5% - makes it a little worse as I was basing it on 5.5% - if we are lucky we will get a break even on shares - could have been 0.  If they keep current management it just buys them time to drive it back down to 0.
