BASED on the deal it looks like 14 cents USD is about right

It looks like we pretty much come up with the same thing - I do rough math - when I got my MBA the one course I got a low grade in was accounting because I don't care if it is 13.3 cents or 14 cents - it's the same to me. After deliberating al day I finally decided to dump my remaining 30000 shares. It's been a rough ride on this one and many sleepless nights but I'm glad its over. Good luck to the rest of you.
