Horrible for long term shareholders.  Actually not that bad for anyone buying here.

I'm guessing they will have another offer and also guessing if long time shareholders vote, they will vote No.

Incredible market footwork. I preferred PWT as a long short and I was right.  LTS is lukewarm at best here.  The market hasn't got its head aroiund the deal and the upsides.

I was playing TBE with lottery ticket money, should have used that here.

Looks like unsecured bond holders are going to shoot this down.  Secured bond holders are asking too mujch and very little being given to unsecured debt holders and stock holders.  If deal gets shot down by unsecured debt holders then stock holders could be at risk of a total sale of the company and may not get anything - not sure what is going to happen here.  I had a talk with
